Lemon cheese cake (no bake)





Ingredients  :-

200 gm digestive biscuits (OREO)
2 cup Heavy cream OR Whipped cream
2 cup cheese cream
1 tsp Zest of lemon
2 tsp lemon juice .
2 tbsp Butter(melted).



Method :-

Place the biscuits in plastic bag and cruised it with roller.



Add melted butter  , mix it .


Now take pan and wrap the surface with Aluminium foil and make the stiff  base with crushed biscuit inside it as shown below (Keep it in freeze for 30-35 min):


For filling

Take a big bowl. Add cheese cream, whipping cream, sugar. Mix it well with beater.


Now add lemon juice and  zest of lemon in the beaten mixture:


Now filling is ready:



Pour this ready paste in the ready made base biscuit bowl:



Spread it well now as shown below:


Cover this with aluminium foil  and keep it in freeze now:


After 3-4 hrs remove this cover and take out the cake on the plate.


Garnish with chocolate:


Yummy cake is ready to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
