Moongphali Gur ki chikki (patti)

Ingredients :-

2 cup Moongphali (Peanuts ).
4 cup gud (Jaggery).
2-3 tbsp water
Pinch of salt.
1/2 tsp cardamon powder.

Method :-

Take a pan and roast the peanuts .

Let it roast on low flame .
Wait for 2-3 min for cooling .

Now rub it with your hands.

Now do it roughly cruised.

Now take a heated pan and add 2-tbsp water .
Now add cruised jaggery .

Cook for 8-10 min at low flame .

Grease basil should be ready.

You need to check if jaggery is ready to mix.Take a bowl of water and add some drop of melted jaggery   in it. If it will be bind with your hand that mean it has done.

Now add moongphali .

Mix it well for 1-2 min.

Now pour into greased basil.

Cut it as u want with help of cutter . Leave it for cooling.

Now Chikki is ready !!!!!!!!!!!
