Moongdaal ka halwa


                                

Ingredients:-
1 cup moong dal
1/2 khoya (hard milk)
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cardamon powder.
1/4 tsp saffron (kesar).
2 tbsp almonds (Badam).
1 tbsp charoli
1 tbsp raisins.
6 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp warm Milk



Method :-

Soak the moong dal in warm water for 3-4 hrs.


Disolve  the saffron  in 1 tbsp  warm milk. keep aside.

Drain it.


Make  coarse paste(dardara paste) of moong dal .


Now take a pan and heat it , put the ghee.


Now add  paste in hot ghee.


Stir the mixture continuously  at the low flame.


Now its look like golden brown.


 Now add sugar and saffron .





 Mix it very well
Now  cook it at the low flame till the ghee separate .


Now add all dry fruits and cardamon powder
Mix it well .


Now Moong dal halwa is ready to eat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
