Besan ka laddu


                                      Besan ka laddu 


Ingredients :-

100 gm  Bengal gram (Besan)
             OR
coarsely ground gram flour(Mota besan)
100 gm Bhura/ Sugar powder
60 gm (1/2 cup) Ghee
1/4 tsp cardamon powder (elaichi)
1 tbsp finely chopped  Almonds
1 tbsp roughly cruised cashew nuts
1/2 tbs saffron


Method :-

Melt the Ghee in a pan.

Add the gram flour and cook it over a low flame.
Stirring it continuously.

Now Besan and ghee looks like separate  and  golden brown .




Now add saffron(add saffron in water for 15 min)

Mix it and cook for 8-20 min


Remove from the gas and pour into a big bowl

Take some  rest for cooling

Now add Sugar powder / Bhura , cardamon powder, and cashew nuts all ingredients

Mix it well.
Divide into 10 equal parts .
Now give the shape like Laddu

Garnish with saffron.
Now Besan ke laddu is ready to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
