Ingredients :-
2 cups Whole wheat flour
1 cup chopped methi patta (Fenugreek leaves)
Salt as per taste
1-2 Green chilli finely chopped
1 tsp 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
2 tbs Oil
1/2 tsp black pepper (powder)
Methode
Take a large bowl and mix flour , salt , 2 tsp oil, black pepper powder, carom seeds , methi patta and green chilli.
Mix it well. (I am adding 2 tbsp tomato chutney )
Now knead a semi dough with the help of water .
Dough should be soft. Rest for 10-15 min.Divide it into 5 pieces .
Now roll it like chapati with the help of dry flour .
as shown in pic .
Now take a griddle (Tawa). and heat it ,put the chapati on it .
when you see tiny bubbles rise on the surface of paratha on as the first flip is done
. Now turn it .Now apply some oil with the help of spoon .
Turn it and apply some oil again .at the other side.
The paratha is done when both sides are crispy and golden brown .
Serve with tomato chutney (apply some butter on paratha ) or curd pickle as your taste
Now crispy Methi paratha is Ready to eat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
